S@16

S@16, a contraction of Stupid at Sixteen, is “The magazine for today’s girls!”. It was the first in a short series of stereotype-mags created by the KTAB News Corporation.

With such riveting features as Sharon’s Sad Story and a quiz to Test Your Friendship!!, it sought to appeal to the large sector of the population whom KTAB market research had identified were ‘bland teenage nonentities’.

It was also the birthplace of Dear Ethel, the KTAB agony aunt.
